by Bowen Deng July 03, 2018

In the previous blog, "The person who can't distinguish the type of fish, is not qualified to pick up the fishing rod", we know that different countries have different laws and regulations to protect the friendly relationship between humans and nature and fish. It is important to comply with laws and regulations, but it is also important to be familiar with the species you want to fish and to learn more about them. Go back and compare with your country's laws and regulations, so that you will be better observed. Below, give two examples for everyone to learn.

Name: Bream; freshwater fish species
Physical characteristics
There are two types of oysters - bronze and silver. An easy way to identify Bream is to look at the number of fish scales at the line, 44 to 48 for silver enamel and 51 to 60 for bronze.
Distributed
Bream mainly lives in a wide range of waters, and in some water conservation areas, scenic lakes, Bream Yi likes to gather a large group of fish, they can also live in closed waters and some slow-flowing rivers.
Body size
The eucalyptus in different waters also has different body shapes. Generally speaking, the weight of the oysters of 4.54 kg can be called specimen fish. Of course, some waters have not seen such heavy cockroaches. In some sandstone pit pools, the heaviest can reach 5.90 kg.
Habits and diet
Eucalyptus is a bottom eater that feeds on water snails, stone worms and a large number of insect larvae like red worms. The mouth shape of the oyster is suitable for taking food in the mud at the bottom of the river. In the process, its tail will get used to it. Frequent swings of sex often make the river turbid and continually blisters, according to which the position of the cockroach can be judged. When the oysters form a large fish, this feature is very noticeable, leaving a clear foraging route. Whether in winter or summer, you can fish at any time, but few people catch it in winter. The big man's oysters usually forage at night, such as the oysters in the sandstone pit, which is almost impossible to catch during the day!
Fishing season:  from June to March of the following year, fishing in the still waters all year round
Fishing Tips:  Big fish are generally active at night, feeding in the afternoon, then fishing at dusk, it is possible to catch Bream.

Name: Cod; salt water fish species
Physical characteristics
The Cod has a large mouth with a round belly and a cylindrical body, so it is not a lively and fighting fish. The body of the big toad is of various colors, but mainly consists of greenish brown and olive gray. It usually has a light marble pattern or has many spots on the sides and back. The upper jaw is longer than the lower jaw, so the entire mouth is convex outwards and has large tentacles on the underside of the mouth.
Distributed
Living in deep water because of being lazy and not very fond of fighting and fighting
Body size
In the sea, the weight is 5~7 kg.
Habits and diet
Living in the deep water area, I like to use the sea creatures as food. The big head is like a scavenger in the sea. It basically feeds the food that can be found in the mouth, such as silkworm, shrimp, halibut, crab, squid and squid.
Fishing season:  All year round
Fishing Tips:  Using modern double-strand nylon threads will make boat fishing easier, so the fishing line will not be too tight, the fish bite will be more visible, and the fisherman feels better.
