You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.
Returns must be unused and in the same condition that your received
it and must be in the original packaging.
· You need to contact our customer service team in advance and provide the order number.
· Our customer service staff will provide you with a recipient address after you get the order number.
· You return the product according to the address provided by the customer service team.
· At this point you need to provide the tracking number of the return order.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the refund credit within2 business days.
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
